When booking:

  • Booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel, or reschedule if needed.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

  • No-shows may be charged in full or required to prepay for future bookings.

  • If we must reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Prices are listed on the Site or communicated directly.

  • Taxes and fees may apply.

  • Deposits may be required to secure bookings.

  • All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

Chargebacks made without attempting to resolve issues directly may result in account restrictions.

4. Liability & Expectations

You acknowledge that:

  • Results vary based on hair type, aftercare, and personal factors.

  • You must notify us of allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions or misuse of products.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

If you provide photos, reviews, or tag us on social media:
